ABOUT US...

Our business began in November of 2011 with the opening of our store in Carrollton, GA, by owners Matthew McNiel and Tracy Gammon. Both were working separately in the cleaning and floor work industry when they met in 2006. Matthew was working independently, and sub-contracting work while purchasing products and supplies from Tracy and the company he worked with, as they occasionally began working together on several different jobs.
They soon realized they both had something in common...a strong work ethic!
With that and their combined expertise in the Janitorial and floor work Industry, they teamed up in what proved to be successful and established

We offer a vast variety of services that far outweigh the limitations of basic janitorial concepts.

Precise Janitorial provides everything from complete floor care and maintenance to commercial office, warehouse, and industrial cleaning...including Paint Booth cleaning & maintenance.

*Our professional floor cleaning services include VCT, LVT, LVP, Rubber Flooring, carpet and area rugs, ceramic tile and grout, hardwood, linoleum, upholstery, and flood and water damage restoration.

*We provide sales, rentals, and repairs of new & used cleaning equipment...including van/truck mounts.

*Our 9,000 Sq. Ft. open to the public store stocks a complete line of BULK and SINGLE cleaning products and supplies, including new and used cleaning equipment parts.

Our janitorial services are fully customized, PRECISEly to your specifications.

A few of our PRODUCT (customer) REVIEWS:

OXY BLAST -
Oxy Blast has been a really good product for using during mold remediation. This is used on wood structures to help pull the mold from the spores of the wood so it can be safely and effectively (HEPA) vacuumed off.

SANI-CLEAN -
We started using Sani-Clean almost a year ago (roughly) as our day-to-day anti-microbial.
Used mainly on sewage losses and other jobs, where returning the structure to a clean and healthy environment is needed. We used this for Covid clean-up during the pandemic as it was a List N chemical.

CITRUS STUFF -
Citrus Stuff is a great chemical for cleaning soot off building materials after a fire loss. It works very well, and better than some more expensive products. We have found that on light soot jobs that we can dilute it, and it is still effective.
