ABOUT US...

Our business began in November of 2011 with the opening of our store in Carrollton, GA, by owners Matthew McNiel and Tracy Gammon. Both were working separately in the cleaning and floor work industry when they met in 2006. Matthew was working independently, and sub-contracting work while purchasing products and supplies from Tracy and the company he worked with, as they occasionally began working together on several different jobs.
They soon realized they both had something in common...a strong work ethic!

Tracy's experience began in 1993, working for R & R Enterprises, and later, All Four Seasons Landscaping. Tracy's landscaping work was even published in Better Homes & Gardens Magazine! In the late '90s, he established Carrollton Janitorial. In early 2,000, he bought into the company Pro Cleaners. Also during that time, Tracy owned and managed 'Cast Fishing & Hunting' store in Wedowee, AL. Tracy's professional skill level and knowledge in the cleaning and floor work industry spans almost thirty years. Additionally, his past experience includes professional landscaping, pressure washing, and building maintenance. Some of Tracy's favorite hobbies include fishing, hunting, and attending classic rock concerts. One if his past  talents even includes singing and playing bass guitar!

Matthew's experience began in 1990, when he worked for Southern Management in Chattanooga, TN. In 1994, he established McNiel's Cleaning business. Matthew served as Project Manager(Production/Sanitation) for Flowers Baking Company from 1998 - 2003, where he was the recipient of the 2001 Pinnacle Award, for attaining operation, quality, & production excellence. He then began working independently in 2003. Much of this consisted of floor stripping, waxing, and maintenance in Carrollton, and Auto Zone locations from Georgia to Florida. Matthew's professional experience in the cleaning and floor work industry spans over thirty years. His extended experience includes management and supervisory, automotive, welding, truck-mount carpet unit and cleaning equipment repair. Some of Matthew's favorite hobbies are classic cars and working on car engines, traveling together with his wife Connie for hiking and exploring....and to 'car shows' of course, and both are HUGE football fans!

Matthew & Tracy's strong work ethic and combined expertise in the Janitorial Industry has proved to be successful by teaming up to establish Precise Janitorial Supplies & Services.

Our services include everything from office, warehouse, industrial, and paint booth cleaning...to complete floor care and maintenance. 

We provide sales, rentals, and repairs (including truck/van mounts) of new & used cleaning equipment. We also BUY used cleaning and janitorial equipment. 

Our service areas include Georgia, Tennessee (focus on Chattanooga areas), & Alabama. 

Our 9,000 Sq. Ft. store front stocks a complete line of commercial & residential janitorial & cleaning products and supplies, with competitive pricing...

and is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
